We, the Charitable Organization "Ukrainian Vector Charity Fund", understand that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. 3.1. The owner and controller of the personal data of the Website users is the Charitable Organization "Ukrainian Vector Charity Fund".

The Fund does not collect any information for which the law establishes specific requirements for processing, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, conviction of a criminal offense or sentencing to criminal punishment, as well as data concerning health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (according to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data").

4. PURPOSES OF USING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Your personal data is used for the purposes of providing internet services on the website, exchanging information/news, and in advertising and communication relations accordingly, as well as for compliance with Ukrainian laws, including, but not limited to: "On Protection of Personal Data," "On the Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and its Additional Protocol regarding Supervisory Authorities and Transborder Data Flows," "On Information," "On Advertising," "On Telecommunications," "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems," "On State Support of Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists," and in accordance with the website usage rules and other acts regulating the Fund's activities.

However, despite all efforts, the Fund cannot guarantee absolute security against any threats that arise outside the regulation of the Fund.
6.2. The Fund ensures the application of all relevant obligations regarding confidentiality, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
6.3. The Fund provides access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the requirements of the Fund.
6.4. The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or their authorized representative is allowed in cases specified by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.

7. CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The procedure for access to personal data by third parties is determined by the user's consent given to the owner of the personal data for the processing of these data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
7.2. The user has the right to receive any information about themselves from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided the surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (location) and details of the document identifying the physical person submitting the request are specified, except in cases established by law.
7.3. User access to data about themselves is provided free of charge.
7.4. Delay in access by the user to their personal data is not permitted.

8. RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. The Fund informs you of your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", specifically:
1) To know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or residence of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give appropriate instructions to obtain this information through authorized persons, except in cases established by law;
2) To receive information about the conditions of access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transmitted;
3) To access their personal data;
4) To receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response whether their personal data is being processed and to receive the content of such personal data;
5) To present a motivated demand to the owner of personal data with an objection against the processing of their personal data;
6) To make a motivated demand for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if such data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
7) To protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as to protect against providing information that is inaccurate or defamatory to the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
8) To lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
9) To apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
10) To make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
11) To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) To be aware of the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
13) To be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
To update, access, modify, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data previously given to the Fund in accordance with this policy, or if you have any remarks, wishes, or claims regarding your personal data processed by the Fund, please contact the Fund at the email address ukrainian.vector2022@gmail.com.

9. INTERACTION OF THE SITE WITH OTHER RESOURCES
9.1. When using the services of the site, the pages may contain codes from other internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such internet resources and third parties receive your data. Thus, these internet resources may collect and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the user's browser. Such internet resources may include:
- banner display systems (e.g., DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, Adriver, etc.);
- social network plugins (e.g., Disqus, Facebook, Twitter, Google+).

10.1. The Fund uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, despite all efforts, the Fund cannot guarantee absolute protection against any threats that arise outside the Fund's regulation.

10.2. The user is fully responsible for keeping their password to access the Site confidential. The Fund never asks for a user’s password except when the user is attempting to log into their account on the Site.

11. INTERACTION OF THE COMPANY WITH THIRD PARTIES REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
11.1. The Fund does not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by law, at the request of the personal data subject, or in other cases outlined in this policy. The Fund understands that personal information is a valuable and integral attribute, including the personal non-property rights of any individual, and therefore takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users, voluntarily and consciously provided to the Fund.
